Myself and 2 other students spent 4 weeks recreating in miniature a segment of the white-walled city from "The Lord of the Rings".
I contributed to the design, did most of the 3D modeling, and a lot of the 3D printing work.
The base and mountainside were made from foam, the streets from laser-engraved MDF, the walls from laser-cut MDF, and the buildings were 3D printed.
